MECA MAGNETIC’s governance incorporates strict behavioral and ethical principles, which are essential to building a lasting relationship of trust with its ecosystem:

• Accessibility in the workplace: This value is reflected in our regular participation in programs that welcome interns, work-study students, individuals undergoing career transitions, and older workers into the company. We rely on a substantial annual training plan to effectively support the skill development of junior employees and the professional growth of our expert staff.
• Professional ethics: This is reflected in business practices that are both ethical and rigorous, respecting the law, fair competition, and the interests of our partners. The company has strengthened this pillar by formalizing and distributing a professional ethics charter and a code of conduct to all employees.
• Accountability and Transparency: Each month, management transparently shares the company’s results and progress, directly linking performance to a profit-sharing agreement for employees. Social dialogue is supported by an elected Social and Economic Committee (CSE), whose monthly meetings address feedback from the teams. Guided by our ISO 9001 and EN 9100 certifications, we steer our strategy step by step. Our commitment is also demonstrated by our ongoing investments in R&D and our partnership with INSA to train interns.
• Responsible Procurement and the Environment: To ensure full traceability of our magnetic shielding solutions, our raw materials come exclusively from the EU. REACH- and RoHS-certified, the company recycles all of its metal scraps (mumetal, steel, stainless steel, aluminum) and has its industrial oils reprocessed by specialized service providers. We prioritize the purchase of used equipment and promote the circular economy through reusable shuttle crates.

The company offers flexible work arrangements that help employees achieve the best possible work-life balance. In addition, we are fully committed to improving working conditions on the shop floor: we have established regular dialogue with frontline managers, organized job and task rotations for shop floor operators to vary the physical demands placed on their muscles, and make regular investments in ergonomic equipment (adapted chairs, mice, workshop stools) to effectively prevent musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).

MECA MAGNETIC places the highest priority on analyzing the expectations of all its stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers, and local communities), all of whom have been precisely identified. To precisely meet the requirements of cutting-edge sectors such as medical imaging and the aerospace industry, we conduct a detailed performance assessment in collaboration with our customers. This is supplemented by an annual satisfaction survey that incorporates their CSR priorities. Our suppliers are also monitored annually to raise their awareness of responsible practices, enabling us to co-develop solutions within a virtuous circle of influence.

Committed to minimizing its environmental footprint, MECA MAGNETIC designs and manufactures 100% of its magnetic shielding products and solutions in France. We prioritize working with a network of domestic subcontractors and sourcing technical raw materials exclusively from the European Union. This strong regional presence helps minimize logistics flows and carbon emissions, while actively supporting local economic vitality and French industrial sovereignty.

With the support of a specialized consultant in 2025 and early 2026, MECA MAGNETIC has fully integrated environmental, social, and governance criteria into its long-term vision (notably through its 2026 SWOT matrix and by anticipating CSRD requirements).
Through all of these initiatives, we reaffirm our three major objectives: ensuring the long-term sustainability of responsible production and consumption, actively working to combat climate change, and developing cutting-edge technologies (including magnetic shielding for medical imaging, the space sector, and aerospace) in an ethical and sustainable manner.
